Refund & Cancellation Policy

XEMI offers its SaaS platform on standard subscription plans. Our SaaS Subscriptions are automated with recurring billing - with well defined billing frequencies and cycles.

Trial Period

All of our subscriptions come with a limited period trial. You may choose the trial or commence your subscriptions straight away. At the end of the trial, you will be requested to enroll into one of the available plans. However, you can cancel the trial or upgrade at any time during the trial. You will not incur any charges if you cancel your trial before it ends.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We charge and collect in advance for the use of the SaaS service. All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription plan and provides billing information, XEMI will calculate a prorated amount with the first payment due on signing.

  1. All subscriptions monthly and yearly renew automatically on their due renewal date according to date of purchase until officially canceled in writing. Customers may cancel anytime by emailing a notice to: subscriptions@xemi.io.
  2. Customers will receive an email from XEMI confirming that their subscription to the SaaS service has been canceled. Upon cancellation, we delete your data from our servers. Since deletion of all data is final, please be sure that you do, in fact, want to cancel your account before doing so.
  3. Important: No refunds or credits for partial months or years of service will be refunded to a customer upon cancellation.
  4. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for payments of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
  5. Customers can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan for the SaaS services at any time. For any upgrade or downgrade in subscription, the customer has to write to subscriptions@xemi.io..
  6. The chosen billing method will automatically be charged the new subscription rate on the next billing cycle.
  7. Regarding downgrades on a subscription, XEMI does not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service.
  8. XEMI reserves the right to refuse/cancel a subscription to any SaaS services bought from xemi.io. No refunds will be offered if XEMI refuses a new or renewing subscription/membership.
  9. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the XEMI service(s) for any reason, without notice at any time.
  10. Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, XEMI may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance, or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.
  11. The above policies apply to all the SaaS services listed on XEMI unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials.
